Once a payment is made—whether for admission, demo, or course enrollment—it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred under any circumstances.
In case of course rescheduling, you may request a batch transfer, subject to management approval and availability, but no monetary refund will be issued.
Any promotional discounts, scholarships, or offers are non-transferable and may expire without prior notice.
4. Training and Certification
NDMIT provides Digital Marketing, Data Science, and related skill-based training programs.
Completion certificates will only be issued to students who have met the required attendance, performance, and assignment submission criteria.
The Company reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of institute policies.
Course content, structure, duration, and modules are subject to change without prior notice to ensure relevance with current industry standards.
5. Code of Conduct
All students must:
Maintain professional behavior and discipline during training sessions.
Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Avoid misuse of institute property, digital assets, or brand name.
Not share or distribute any course material, assignments, or recorded sessions without prior written consent from the Company.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
6. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by NDMIT.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites. You acknowledge and agree that NDMIT shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of third-party services.
7. Termination

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or concerns should first be raised with NDMIT’s management through official communication channels.
If not resolved amicably, the matter shall be subject to arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure by NDMIT to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
